Lecture both days at 1:00 p.m.
If you’ve ever wondered why your new quilt is valued at more than a vintage quilt or wondered why certain colors are the most valuable, this lecture is packed with answers.  If you are planning a gift quilt or need to mail your quilt, this program will help you.  Hallye has recommendations for quilters to make better quilts.  They will help you improve your quilts, whether you get them appraised or not.
